The Chateau collection offers an interesting combination of jacquard weaves, dobbies and semi-plains inspired by classic patterns and interesting textural weaves.

There are 2 different stories in the collection thus offering a diversity of product and applications. The first part of the collection is largely aimed at curtaining and soft furnishing projects with designs Castillo and Terrazzo featuring classic ogie and damask motifs captured in interesting ottoman constructions. These 2 designs are complemented by a delightful lustrous plain also woven on a strié warp and delicately interspersed with fine slubs which add interest and character. All 3 designs are polycotton qualities and design Pascale is engineered in a construction which also allows for domestic and contract upholstery usage.

These 3 qualities are available in 12 colour palettes, some offering contrasting colours whilst others being more tone-on-tone. The colour palette of the collection is largely classic with a strong emphasis on neutrals and earth tones. Rich warm shades of Sunset and Ribbon and the golden tones of Pampas and Marzipan are in keeping with the classic nature of the collection. A dusty green called Laurel concludes the colourful side of the spectrum and leads one on to the dark brooding shades of Pelican and the mutes hues of Sepia and Chinchilla.

The second part of the range focuses on one feature design, Charles, an ornamental decorative jacquard accompanied by 3 great textured semi-plains. Design Henry is a delightfully glamorous tweedy plain woven in 100% polyester yarns which shimmer and shine and give the fabric a fashion feel, bringing the classics up to date. Quality Philip is another finely woven semi-plain whilst quality Louis combines these high lustre yarns with soft and luxurious chenille yarns. These 4 designs are all suitable for both curtaining and contract upholstery due to their outstanding Martindale rub test results. This story is told in 4 colourways namely Tinsel, Linen, Gargoyle and Pearl, all of which are neutral and have a wonderful sophisticated air.

Each of the qualities in the Chateau collection are fully washable at 30°C and may also be dry cleaned. They all pass various flame retardant specifications making the collection ideal for both domestic and hospitality usage.
