The Amigo quality is characterized by its soft luxurious look, its velvety touch, its subtle sheen and its amazing technical specifications. This exciting new plain quality has the most superb drape and handle and is ideally suited for use as curtains, bedcovers, headboards, throws, accessories and upholstery. This product has been very carefully engineered to be an easy-care, all-purpose fabric that will work in residential, corporate and hospitality applications. The quality is 137cm wide, it is woven using the most luxurious and finest polyester chenille yarns and it achieves a very high Martindale rub test rating of 35 000. The colour fastness to light is extremely good at a rating of 5 and the quality also passes 4 different flame retardancy specifications. The velvety surface is smooth to the touch yet has an interesting textured look which makes for a very forgiving fabric. The 100% polyester yarn accounts for much of the strength and superior performance but also makes for a washable and dry cleanable fabric. There are 38 sumptuous colours in the line with the deep shades having the most moody and velvety appearance. Colours like Indigo, Cardinal and Olive are rich saturated colours and are complimented by a host on mid-tones like Spruce, Sienna and Oasis. Vibrant fashion shades such as Scuba and Fusion add pizzazz to the collection whilst the ever-popular naturals and earth tones culminate in crisp steely hues such as Sterling and Aluminium. |
